The commitment and energy of the Agropur teams is palpable during the 48-HOUR RIDE. Event participants also have the pleasure of savouring Agropur’s cheeses, yogurts and other delights throughout the weekend.  Being a big part of the Make-A-Wish Quebec family, it was only natural that this year’s honorary president be Michael Aucoin, president at Agropur.

“I am delighted to be able to contribute to the 48-HOUR RIDE 2019.  I have had the pleasure of participating since 2016 and believe it is unique event that gathers health, corporate team building and an incredibly compelling charitable cause. I look forward to seeing everyone in September for this wonderful adventure.”

We are grateful and privileged that M. Aucoin will take on this year’s honorary presidency.

Elza

Wish Child

The reason Make-A-Wish Quebec exists is to grant the wishes of children with critical illnesses. This year, we had the pleasure of granting Elza’s, who wished to have a new room that reflected her personality. Living with a neuromuscular disorder, she had a hard time sleeping after she returned from a hospital stay. She is very happy in her new room and she now sleeps very well.

Elza will be this year’s honorary co-president and will represent the Foundation’s wish kids. She will do us the honour of waving the departure flag and giving a testimonial at the 8 à 9. We thank her for accepting our invitation and look forward to welcoming her in September!
