+ MUST INCLUDE A DONATION FORM FILLED IN!

When are the donations due?

Fundraising is all year long. Donations can be sent at any time (online or by mail) or brought to the info/registration table before the event begins. Closer to the event the 48HV team will follow up with all the teams that have not started raising funds or have not yet achieved their goal to make sure they will have it at the event. Fundraising ends on September 30 of each year.

What happens if we collect donations, but are unable to participate in the event?

All funds raised are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you or a member of your team no longer wishes to participate in the event, you can ask someone else to replace you. Donations collected can be transferred to this new person to assist in their fundraising.

What happens if we are not able to collect the total of $3,600?

We are here to support you and help you achieve your team's goal. There are many ways to raise funds. Please visit our fundraising ideas page and/or contact us to discuss other options together.

If we are less than 6 per team, is the amount to be raised $600 per person or $3,600 per team?

If you are less than 6 people in your team you still need to raise at least $3,600. That is minimum amount per team of 6 or less. Please note that if you are less than 6 people, that means that you will have to divide the 48 hours up between less than 6 people. There must always be at least one participant from each team on the track .

All participants will receive a wristband at registration that gives them access to the main tent. Hot meals will be served starting Friday evening and snacks will be available all day and night of the event. All of this is offered to you free of charge! We cater to most dietary restrictions: vegetarian, vegans, fish allergy, egg allergy, gluten intolerance, lactose intolerance, nut intolerance, etc. Participants should ask a volunteer in the main tent, they will be able to assist them. Menus are available on the mobile app.

Is there available drinking water onsite?

Onsite, we have created water stations to fill reusable water bottles. This year we have even more locations onsite! These stations provide water from the city of Mirabel’s aqueduct – it’s just like drinking tap water at home. Remember to bring your reusable water bottle to enjoy fresh water with no environmental impact!
