Since 2018, Joe Hittel has been rallying the city of Red Deer in his mission to grant wishes. His 2023 goal is to make five more wishes happen and raise $50,000!

2023 is the 40th Anniversary of Make-A-Wish Canada. To celebrate this milestone, Make-A-Wish Canada has some very special plans in store. To honour his tremendous efforts in raising over $170,000 over the past five years and his commitment to raising $50,000 this year, Joe is going to be able to experience a wish first hand later this year...
