Looking for an individual or team participating in this event?
Montreal, May 6, 2020 – In a context where the social distancing measures put in place to protect us from COVID-19 will have to be respected in the longer term, the 48-HOUR RIDE as you know it, will not take place in 2020. This gives us the opportunity to reinvent ourselves and work on an unprecedented event, respecting the measures implemented by public health such as social distancing, to support our children awaiting their wish this year.
KEEP SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 19, 2020 ON YOUR AGENDA,
while waiting for our news!
The illness is not on pause for the children waiting for their wishes to be granted. They are still seeking medical treatment and are waiting for their wish to regain hope. They need you!
Since 2007, the entire 48-HOUR RIDE team has been working hard to give you an extraordinary experience and offer you one of the best weekends of the year. This is why the decision to cancel the 2020 edition as we know it, was not easy to take and deeply saddens us, but our priority remains your safety, that of your families, our employees and volunteers, as well than that of the wish children present at the event.
We will be in touch with you shortly with all the information on a more inclusive new formula, and we will answer your questions about the 2020 48-HOUR RIDE edition.
Thank you for continuing to commit to create life-changing wishes for children with critical illness. We hope that you and your loved ones are safe and healthy.
