Make-A-Wish Canada’s goal is to bring every eligible child's wish to life. In 2021, we granted over 900 life changing wishes. Challenges related to COVID-19 persisted through last year, and we still have thousands of wishes waiting to be granted.

By joining the Trailblaze for Wishes team today, you will join in our efforts of raising $625,000 to ensure no child must wait for their wish.
 

WHAT DOES A TRAILBLAZER DO?

As a Trailblazer, you share with others why you are passionate about Make-A-Wish. You can share your story and ask for donations so more children can experience the life-changing power of a wish. 
 

HOW MUCH DOES A TRAILBLAZER RAISE?

Each Trailblazer sets their own fundraising goals during the campaign. A suggested minimum fundraising goal of $500 is set to each fundraising page. Please know Make-A-Wish is incredibly grateful for your support of wish kids and their families regardless of the amount raised.

HOW DOES A TRAILBLAZER SHARE THEIR MESSAGE AND COLLECT DONATIONS? 

Through a personalized online fundraising page, a Trailblazer shares their story and mobilizes friends, family members and colleagues to donate to help ensure local wishes are granted for years to come. When you commit to becoming a Trailblazer, Make-A-Wish creates a personal fundraising page for you. Your personal fundraising page is a web page that your contacts visit to read your story and make a donation if able. The page is mobile-friendly and very easy to use.
