19th H.M.C.S Halifax Run for Wishes

Run for Wishes is returning for its 19^th year, in a partnership with His Majesty’s Canadian Ship (HMCS) – Halifax and Make-A-Wish® Canada, Nova Scotia. This charitable effort is centered upon a volunteer relay run across the beautiful province of Nova Scotia. Crew members from HMCS Halifax are stepping up to the challenge, from August 18^th to August 28^th, 2023, to help create life-changing wishes for local children with critical illnesses, and they are looking for your support!

Right now, there are over 55 children in Nova Scotia waiting to receive the transformative power of their wish. We need your help to grant those wishes. The crew’s motivation thrives not only from granting wishes but also from the incredible support of communities across Nova Scotia, year after year. Last year, the crew exceeded their fundraising goal of $25,000 and hope to raise even more this year!

With your help, the crew can achieve their goal and help ensure every eligible child receives the joy of a wish.

The crew might even be able to stop by your organization for a cheque presentation when they are running through your community! Please note all engagements MUST be scheduled through Make-A-Wish, to ensure a timely run schedule.
