This holiday season, Insight Global is donating $2,000 for every 100th new hire. Through our Jobs & Joy initiative, we will hire 10,000 new people, giving them the opportunity to pay it forward and support one of our amazing charity partners. This year, we have decided to select Make-A-Wish Canada for the Canadian Jobs for Joy campaign.

As each day passes, children across Canada continue to experience unimaginable challenges due to critical illness. Their childhoods, once filled with dreams and laughter, are replaced with fear, anxiety and loneliness.  

A wish has the power to transform their experience, offering relief and hope, helping wish children and their families to focus on something other than pain, fear and uncertainty. Medical professionals see first-hand how a wish is essential to a child’s treatment and helps improve their health outcome.
