This summer I am thrilled to be taking part in The 2nd Annual Great Make-A-Wish Campout! I’ve accepted Hillary and Oliver’s Campout Challenge in honour of their birthdays! I will be camping out throughout the weekend of June 25th to 28th (in my living room), raising much needed funds to help grant life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses in my local community. When a wish is granted, a child replaces fear with confidence, sadness with joy and anxiety with hope. For many children, a wish granted marks a turning point in their fight against their illnesses.
I am 3 years old and live with Spastic Quadriplegic Cerebral Palsy. I know what wish kids go through daily, like hospital visits, therapies, and treatments. I also spend a lot of my time at CHEO! I want to raise money for Make-A-Wish so every child on the waiting list can receive their wish.
Thank you for your support!
