Climb For A Wish!

This year, I will be helping to create hope for thousands of children with critical illnesses who are waiting for their wish by running from the Halifax Waterfront to the top of Citadel Hill National Historic Site for 24 hours straight!!

I believe that giving back to your community is vital and, as a new father, Make-a-Wish is the perfect fit. I have always loved pushing myself physically so I am excited to put myself through 24 hours of discomfort with the goal of giving the these heroes a helping hand in their battle for life! Please help by donating to this wonderful cause!

For the number lovers: The hill is 650m long with an elevation of 60m. At 1.3km per lap, I plan to do at least 84 hills which will give me over 100km and 5000m elevation. Assuming 1 hour of rest time, I will need to average 12:37/km to hit my goal.

When a wish is granted, a child replaces fear with confidence, sadness with joy and anxiety with hope.

Please support the heroes of Make-a-Wish by donating to my event!
