• 8:00 a.m. – Tree sponsors arrive to decorate

• 9:00 a.m. – Wish kids and families start arriving for check-in

• 9:30 a.m. – Tree reveal

• 10:15 a.m. – Brunch 

• 10:30 a.m. – Speeches and thank you message

• 11:30 a.m. – Event wrap-up
