Join us for a day of FUN-raising for Make-A-Wish on Thursday June 13 , 2024!

This year is our 3rd year for this exclusive event and we hope to help move our mission forward even more. The number of wishes granted each month is approaching pre-pandemic numbers due to the unwavering efforts of the Make-A-Wish® team, the limitless imaginations of wish kids and the generosity of our donors. 

Last year our event raised over $200,000 and this year we want to make it even bigger. Make-A-Wish Southern Alberta is on track to grant 165 wishes this year and we need your help to make this happen.

For the wish children and families we serve, finding hope in challenging circumstances is something they have been doing long before any of us heard the word “lockdown.” Robbed of the simple joys of childhood, hospital stays, doctor’s visits and painful treatments are their “normal.”

Mixed 18 Hole Tournament


Golfers will kick off the day with a shot gun start and a breakfast from the clubhouse. There will be challenges throughout the course, and the day will end with dinner at the banquet. Included for each golfer is; 18 holes of golf, power cart rental, gift bag, drink tickets, breakfast and a banquet dinner.

4 Person Teams / “Scramble” format

  • 6:30 a.m. - 7:45 a.m. Registration and Breakfast (one hour before tee time)
  • 7:45 a.m. Proceed to Assigned Tee Box
  • 8:00 a.m. Shotgun Start
  • 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Banquet & Auctions


Helicopter Ball Drop

GRAND PRIZE: one round trip for two guests to any regular scheduled WestJet Destination!

Contest Info: 

For every golf ball purchased you will receive a numbered ticket at registration. This ticket must be kept and presented once the competition closes and the winning ticket number is announced. Ticket is also required to claim the Grand prize.

How to win: 

All balls purchased will be taken by helicopter to the Green. The helicopter will then hover and drop all of the balls. First ball in the hole wins!  If no ball makes it in the hole, then the closest ball to the hole wins. (Please note that if more than one of the ball goes in the hole, the very first one dropped in, wins.)
