Let’s grant some wishes!

UPDATE- I may or may not walk the trail in some sort of costume when my personal donation goal I set, is reached.
I set out to walk 500 KMs and raise $500.00. Stay tuned!!!

I've signed up again for Make-A-Wish® Trailblaze for Wishes an 8-week virtual event. I have chosen the 200KM as my challenge goal and I’m ready to blaze the trails and sidewalks to raise funds to help children with critical illnesses in Canada.

A child is diagnosed with a critical illness every 20 minutes. With three new children facing critical illnesses each and every hour, the need for donations is continuous.

Make-A-Wish Canada’s goal is to bring every eligible child's wish to life. In 2021, they granted over 900 life changing wishes. Challenges related to our global issues persisted through last year, and there are still thousands of wishes waiting to be granted. Wishes were greatly affected by restrictions. We cannot grant those wishes without your help.

That's why I'm participating. The money raised will help bring every eligible child's wish to life, because a wish is an integral part of a child's treatment journey.

If it’s possible, I would greatly appreciate your help in supporting these little warriors.

Thanks for your consideration.
Let’s Go!!!  -Nance

Noah, 9
nervous system disorder

I wish to have a French Bulldog

Noah was born with a nervous system disorder that damages the membrane that covers nerve cells in the brain and spinal cord. It didn't take long for nine-year-old Noah to fall in love with Jellybean. Jellybean has brought a sparkle into Noah's eyes, and because of her, he is smiling and giggling every day.
