I am helping to transform lives, one wish at a time!

I have signed up again for Make-A-Wish® Trailblaze for Wishes - an 8-week virtual event where I choose my challenge and blaze the trails to help raise funds to help children with critical illnesses in Canada. I have chosen the challenge to walk, hike, or fun 200 kms!

A child is diagnosed with a critical illness every 20 minutes. With three new children facing critical illnesses each and every hour, the need for donations is continuous.

Make-A-Wish Canada’s goal is to bring every eligible child's wish to life. In 2021, they granted over 900 life changing wishes. Challenges related to COVID-19 persisted through last year, and there are still thousands of wishes waiting to be granted. We cannot grant those wishes without your help.

That is why I'm participating. I have set an ambitious goal because I know with support from people like you, I will have a great chance at reaching it. The money raised will help bring every eligible child's wish to life, because a wish is an integral part of a child's treatment journey.

Noah was born with a nervous system disorder that damages the membrane that covers nerve cells in the brain and spinal cord. It didn't take long for nine-year-old Noah to fall in love with Jellybean. Jellybean has brought a sparkle into Noah's eyes, and because of her, he is smiling and giggling every day.
